Balalovski Real Estate is expanding its presence in the luxury and fine home market and is seeking a polished, highly motivated Luxury Home & Estate Specialist to represent distinguished properties and discerning clientele.

The Opportunity

This role focuses on representing:

  • Luxury residential properties
  • Fine homes and custom estates
  • High-value land and exclusive properties
  • Select commercial and investment assets

You will work directly with the Broker/Owner in a collaborative, mentorship-driven environment with no internal competition — allowing you to build your personal luxury brand within a respected brokerage framework.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent buyers and sellers of luxury and estate properties
  • Develop and execute elevated marketing strategies tailored to high-end assets
  • Coordinate professional photography, videography, and digital campaigns
  • Conduct private showings and curated client presentations
  • Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients
  • Analyze luxury market trends, comparable sales, and valuation strategies
  • Negotiate complex transactions with precision and discretion
  • Coordinate seamlessly with lenders, attorneys, wealth advisors, and service providers
  • Maintain licensing and professional standards

Qualifications

Required:

  • College Degree
  • Minimum of 2 years field experience in real estate
  • Active Ohio real estate license
  • Reliable transportation (insured vehicle required)
  • Personal PC and cell phone
  • Ability to work full-time, report to the office, and produce at a high level
